  Not only is John and his staff a great group of folks. John , sent us an email the other day , saying he found a better deal on homeowners insurance that will save us $900 per year. We did not even ask him to do this. SAVE MONEY, proactive in researching best prices , and genuinely nice folks ? UNheard of ! Thanks Carolina Heritage

  Worst experience ever. They sent me a letter postmarked 2 days AFTER my homeowners insurance expired saying it had expired. I had to contact them if I wanted "re-write" a policy. In the meantime there would be no coverage. This is insurance agent malpractice. Fortunately, my mortgage company gave me a heads up a week ahead of time that the insurance was about to expire. When I realized Carolina Heritage had not done its job, I shopped elsewhere and save over a thousand dollars with another agent and company!
