- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Shipped out a very expensive item from here, purchasing insurance on it of course. Got to my recipient damaged. Upon starting the claim process, never heard a word from the store. Even after they received my item back to them, never heard a work. Claim was denied AND disputed..still I heard nothing. So I guess they were just planning on never letting me know and keeping my item? Absolutely terrible. I would NOT recommend them or any other UPS for that matter.By Carol Henry, May 07, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Just awesome. This place has the best customer service on the island. The help you with any problem. If you do not have a box or tape they have the box and even tape it up for you. Great great great. Nice and refreshing these days were we are charged more and get less even with customer service, but this place goes above and beyond and makes the United States post office look even worse then they are.By Streeter Michael, November 23, 2016
